Evening Meditations are finally back!

First Evening on 14th February

All are welcome! 

Limited Places Available for each Evening

These evenings are an opportunity for:

  • Exploring mindfulness for the first time with no experience in meditation whatsoever!
  • Strengthening existing practice for those who have completed an MBSR or an MSC  8 week course at Ashe House or any other venue
  • Anyone with a regular meditation practice
  • Re-connecting in person and being part of a mindfulness community
  • Re-committing to deepening mindfulness and compassion practices

Cost: €15 per session or €55 for 4 sessions
