Evening Meditations are finally back!
First Evening on 14th February
All are welcome!
Limited Places Available for each Evening
These evenings are an opportunity for:
- Exploring mindfulness for the first time with no experience in meditation whatsoever!
- Strengthening existing practice for those who have completed an MBSR or an MSC 8 week course at Ashe House or any other venue
- Anyone with a regular meditation practice
- Re-connecting in person and being part of a mindfulness community
- Re-committing to deepening mindfulness and compassion practices
