Monthly Tuesday Evening Meditations-All Are Welcome!

Limited Places Available for each Evening

These evenings are an opportunity for:

  • Exploring mindfulness for the first time with no experience in meditation whatsoever!
  • Strengthening existing practice for those who have completed an 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or an 8 week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course at Ashe House or any other venue
  • Anyone with a regular meditation practice
  •  Connecting and being part of a mindfulness community
  • Re-committing to deepening mindfulness and compassion practices
